Job Summary
The Junior Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing the complete sales cycle, starting with the first engagement with potential customers and continuing through to the conclusion of escrow transactions. This role demands a proactive approach in managing customer relationships and ensuring effective sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors during their home search experience.
- Provide demonstrations of available properties to prospective buyers.
- Monitor and report on loan processing and construction updates.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Possession of a valid Georgia Real Estate License.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office and various sales software applications.
