Job description
The Key Carrier serves as the Manager on Duty, responsible for supervising store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and mentoring associates. This role involves upholding store standards, resolving customer service challenges, and contributing to shrink reduction efforts. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and at least 6 months in a leadership role. Availability during nights and weekends is essential, along with the capability to coach effectively and assign tasks.
