Job description
**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting routine maintenance, executing repairs, and implementing preventive care at retail locations to maintain ideal operational standards and safety protocols. This role includes coordinating specialized contractor services and overseeing inventory management and asset documentation via ticketing systems. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management. Essential skills include a solid understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as holding a valid driver’s license and being familiar with safety regulations.
