Job description
The Key Carrier serves as the Manager on Duty, responsible for supervising store operations, upholding company standards, and ensuring that the team performs efficiently. This role involves mentoring associates, resolving customer service challenges, and contributing to store objectives related to shrink management and customer loyalty initiatives. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail and six months in a leadership role. Open availability is essential, with the expectation to work nights and weekends, along with the capability to effectively coach team members and delegate responsibilities.
