Job description
The EB-5 Compliance Associate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and assisting with investor relations for development initiatives. Key duties involve preparing immigration applications, handling investor documentation, and collaborating with legal and accounting departments. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in EB-5 or a similar field. Proficiency in both English and Spanish, as well as strong organizational skills and a good command of Microsoft Office, are essential.
