Job description
**Key Carrier**
The Key Carrier serves as the Manager on Duty, responsible for supervising store functions, upholding company standards, and ensuring the team operates effectively. This role involves mentoring associates, resolving customer service challenges, and supporting overall store objectives, including reducing shrinkage and maintaining safety protocols. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of retail experience alongside six months in a leadership capacity. Availability must be flexible, including evenings and weekends, with a capacity to efficiently coach and juggle multiple responsibilities.
