Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the go-to-market data framework and creating standardized definitions for essential metrics including ARR, CAC, and pipeline throughout the organization. You will play a pivotal role in establishing modeling standards, providing mentorship to analytics engineers, and developing data-driven tools to assist stakeholders within the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the organization’s go-to-market data model.
- Establish and maintain governed definitions for key metrics such as ARR, CAC, and pipeline.
- Set modeling standards and methodologies for data analysis.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to analytics engineers.
- Create and implement data-driven tools to enhance stakeholder support across various departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, DBT, and contemporary data technologies, particularly Snowflake.
- Strong experience in designing semantic data models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate data discrepancies across multifaceted teams.
