Job description
The Treatment Coordinator will establish rapport with patients, providing guidance on various treatment alternatives and assisting them in progressing with their care journey. This role involves presenting treatment proposals, discussing financial arrangements, and guaranteeing a superior patient experience. Applicants should be bilingual in English and Spanish and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Prior experience in dental treatment coordination or healthcare sales is desirable, as is familiarity with dental terminology.
