Job description
The Key Carrier serves in the capacity of Manager on Duty, responsible for supervising store activities, upholding company policies, and ensuring the team operates effectively. This position involves mentoring employees, resolving customer service challenges, and contributing to the store’s objectives related to shrink management and loyalty initiatives. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year in retail and six months in a leadership role. Candidates must have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and be equipped to handle responsibilities in a dynamic retail setting.
