**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician supports licensed practical nurses and registered nurses in delivering direct care to patients and facilitating effective communication within the unit. Key responsibilities include processing physician orders, ensuring accurate patient charts, and upholding cleanliness and adequate supply levels in the nursing unit. Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or GED and are required to achieve Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during the orientation period. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, strong clerical capabilities, and the physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting.
