The Key Carrier serves as the Manager on Duty, responsible for supervising store operations, enhancing team performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role includes mentoring team members, resolving customer service concerns, and aiding in loss prevention and safety initiatives. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience along with 6 months of leadership experience. This position demands flexible availability, including nights and weekends, as well as the capability to coach effectively and assign tasks.
