This position also entails collaborating with the Store Manager in leading, training, and nurturing store team members to foster a safe and professional working atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess experience in retail management and be capable of performing physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Additionally, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential for effectively managing operational tasks and team dynamics.
