The Shift Manager is responsible for guiding a team to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring operational efficiency at a KFC outlet. This role involves maintaining the brand’s standards and supervising the restaurant’s operations during shifts. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of supervisory experience within the food service or retail industry and must be at least 18 years of age. Flexibility in availability is essential, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical capacity to handle various restaurant tasks.
