The Laboratory Assistant plays a crucial role in managing biological specimens, which includes their receipt, identification, processing, and proper storage. Responsibilities
- Receive and identify biological specimens accurately.
- Process and store specimens in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Operate and manage computer information systems related to specimen tracking.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
