The Lab Associate II is responsible for preparing, labeling, and processing laboratory specimens while maintaining accurate records and inventory. They also assist with quality control, equipment maintenance, and provide support to licensed personnel in pre-analytical and post-analytical testing activities. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of laboratory experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a biological or chemical science. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to handle specimens and Protected Health Information.
