Job Summary
This position is aimed at providing personalized in-home physical therapy services to both adult and elderly patients, focusing on enhancing their mobility, strength, and overall function. The professional will create tailored treatment objectives and will instruct patients and their families on the recovery process as well as preventive health care methods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home physical therapy sessions to improve patient mobility and strength.
- Establish customized treatment goals for individual patients.
- Educate patients and their families regarding recovery strategies and preventive care techniques.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a valid physical therapy (PT) license.
- Current BLS CPR certification is required.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- A basic understanding of technology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is necessary.
