Job description
Job Summary
The BIM Modeler II plays a pivotal role in producing high-quality Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions. This position involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to create detailed models that support various phases of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine detailed BIM models in accordance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate various engineering disciplines into cohesive models.
- Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables related to BIM processes.
- Provide support and training to junior staff on BIM tools and techniques.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with building codes and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
