The Lab Technician performs heat treatment testing and verifies customer specifications under the direction of the Quality Manager. They are responsible for preparing equipment, conducting tests, documenting results, and maintaining safety standards in an industrial environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess knowledge of metallurgy and heat treating. The role requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency to satisfy ITAR compliance and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
