Job description
Job Summary
The Lab Technician will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations. They will be responsible for performing tests and experiments, preparing samples, and maintaining lab equipment to ensure accurate and timely results that contribute to the overall goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols.
- Prepare samples and maintain accurate records of procedures and results.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to support ongoing experiments.
- Assist in analyzing data and reporting findings to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
