Responsibilities
- Supervise laboratory staff and coordinate daily activities.
- Oversee the preparation and testing of soil samples.
- Manage the laboratory’s business operations and project financials.
- Direct and facilitate research experiments.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is functional and safe.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and operate in a lab setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
