The Manufacturing NPI Test Engineer serves as the bridge between test engineering and production, managing the deployment and transfer of production tests for new and existing power supply products. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, test station development, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across global manufacturing sites. Candidates must have 6-8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing test engineering with proficiency in test development platforms like LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred, along with strong knowledge of power electronics and regulated quality systems.
