Job description
**Laboratory Manager**
The Laboratory Manager is tasked with overseeing the organization, assessment, and management of all technical and operational functions within the laboratory. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal levels of quality, safety, and integrity in the lab’s operations. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of eight years of laboratory experience, with at least four years in a supervisory role within a clinical environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a similar discipline is preferred, along with certification from ASCP.
