Job Summary
The Lamination Team Lead is responsible for managing daily activities within the lamination department. This role focuses on ensuring that production operations comply with quality and safety regulations while also providing mentorship and training to team members. The Team Lead works closely with the Project Lead to promote ongoing enhancements, oversee inventory levels, and maintain precise records of all lamination processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the lamination team.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Mentor and train team members in lamination techniques.
- Collaborate with the Project Lead on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory related to lamination supplies and materials.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all lamination activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of three years of practical experience in composites lamination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to work on-site as a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident.
