Job Summary
The Operator will be tasked with the planning, setup, and operation of lapping and surface grinding machinery utilized for processing ceramic materials based on client specifications. This role encompasses a variety of duties aimed at ensuring the smooth processing of materials while adhering to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and configure lapping and surface grinding machines for optimal operation.
- Process ceramic materials in alignment with customer blueprints.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during processing.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation throughout production.
- Conduct in-process inspections to uphold quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lapping and surface grinding in a manufacturing setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining precise tolerances during the manufacturing process.
