Launch Operations Engineers are responsible for the entire operational process, including developing test requirements, launch plans, and serving as on-console flight controllers. They perform real-time data review, optimize launch procedures, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve system hazards. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and possess at least one year of hands-on build or design experience. The role requires the ability to work in extreme outdoor environments, perform physical tasks at heights, and meet specific U.S. export control requirements.
