**Job Title: Lead Analyst**
The Lead Analyst oversees and analyzes medical and pharmacy claims to pinpoint cost influencers and enhance benefits design. This role involves spearheading collaborative projects to assess clinical programs and offer strategic insights to senior management. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, ideally within a self-funded health plan environment. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and candidates must demonstrate proficiency in SQL and healthcare reporting tools.
