The Financial Analyst will monitor and analyze company financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and generate comprehensive reporting. They will also construct financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and collaborate with department heads on budgeting and strategic planning. Candidates must have at least 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
