Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in HVAC or industrial ventilation engineering, along with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is essential, and candidates must demonstrate expertise in fan selection and mechanical design.
