**Job Title: Lead Applications Engineer**
As the Lead Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding a team of application engineers while delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients. Your role will focus on promoting engineering excellence through the implementation of standardized procedures, tracking key performance indicators, and fostering collaboration across various departments to enhance strategic opportunities for our customers. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in HVAC or industrial ventilation engineering, along with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is essential, and candidates must demonstrate expertise in fan selection and mechanical design.
