**Lead Childcare Worker**
The Lead Childcare Worker is responsible for delivering direct care to children, which encompasses support with personal hygiene, engaging in developmental activities, and implementing specialized programs. This role also involves overseeing a team of up to six staff members, with a focus on maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established childcare protocols. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. along with a minimum of three years of experience in child development education. Furthermore, applicants must successfully complete a level 2 background check and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
