**Lead Childcare Worker**
The Lead Childcare Worker is responsible for delivering direct care to children, which encompasses hygiene management, engaging in developmental activities, and implementing specialized programs. This role includes overseeing a team of up to six staff members, ensuring the safety of children and compliance with organizational protocols. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., along with a minimum of three years of experience in child development. Furthermore, applicants are required to clear a level 2 background check and maintain current CPR/First Aid certifications.
