Job description
The Director of Customer & Guest Experience will be tasked with creating and implementing comprehensive customer journeys, in addition to overseeing the operations of the Auburn workshop and showroom. This role involves leading the CX team, enhancing sales performance, and developing impactful guest programs that define the brand. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing customer experience initiatives within a retail or showroom setting. Key qualifications include excellent operational leadership abilities, a knack for establishing organization in uncertain environments, and a steadfast dedication to maintaining brand standards.
