Job Title: Special Needs Service Provider
Deliver direct support to children with special needs within educational environments and work closely with educators and families to execute tailored plans. Aid young individuals in enhancing their coping mechanisms, social interactions, and problem-solving skills, while keeping precise records of behavioral observations. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with a bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline being highly desirable. Applicants should have fundamental computer skills and be prepared to secure a valid driver’s license in Montana.
