Job description
**Job Title: Lead Cook**
The Lead Cook is responsible for managing the daily functions of the kitchen, which encompasses menu development, food preparation, and supervising kitchen personnel to uphold standards of quality and operational efficiency. This role entails ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols, overseeing inventory levels, and educating kitchen staff on food preparation methods and safety procedures. Candidates should have a Culinary Arts certificate and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. A valid Food Worker Card from Washington State and a Class II gaming license are also necessary for this position.
