Job description
The Lead Cook oversees the preparation of meals using standardized recipes while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. This role includes supervising kitchen staff, organizing work schedules, and ensuring that the kitchen area remains clean and orderly. Applicants should have prior cooking experience and hold a food safety certification. Preferred candidates will have supervisory experience in a similar position, demonstrate proficiency in operating different kitchen equipment, and be capable of working independently.
