The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in aiding the Store Manager with the management of daily retail functions, sales outcomes, and the overall presentation of the store. This individual is tasked with guiding team members, delivering outstanding customer service, and taking charge of the store in the manager’s absence. Applicants should have completed Sales Specialist Training, hold an Assistant Manager Certification, and possess RSS Certification. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is preferred, along with proven leadership skills and substantial retail experience.
