Job Summary
The position involves leading initiatives in pharmaceutical commercial analytics that focus on brand performance, healthcare provider (HCP) engagement, account performance, segmentation, and targeting. It requires the applicant to analyze prescription and claims data while ensuring the accuracy of commercial data, identifying business opportunities and performance deficiencies, and offering actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial analytics efforts in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Evaluate brand performance and HCP engagement metrics.
- Assess account performance and carry out segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Analyze and validate prescription and claims data.
- Spot business opportunities and areas needing improvement.
- Provide meaningful insights to senior leaders and stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of overall professional experience in analytics.
- Minimum of 7 years specifically in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
- Strong proficiency in US pharmaceutical data management.
- Expertise in HCP and account analytics, brand performance analysis, segmentation strategies, and claims analytics.
- Experience with root cause analysis and opportunity assessments.
- Proficiency in data validation and client-facing consulting.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
