Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead commercial analytics initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on various aspects such as brand performance, healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, account performance, segmentation, and targeting strategies. The candidate will conduct thorough analyses of prescription and claims data, ensuring the integrity of commercial information, identifying potential opportunities and performance deficits, and effectively conveying actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives in pharmaceutical commercial analytics covering brand performance and HCP engagement.
- Analyze prescription and claims data to validate commercial information.
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities within the analytics landscape.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of total work experience in the analytics field.
- At least 7 years specifically in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
- Strong expertise in US pharmaceutical data and analytics related to HCPs and accounts.
- Demonstrated experience with brand performance, segmentation, and analysis of prescriptions and claims.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and validating commercial data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
- Experience in managing stakeholders effectively and a background in consulting or client-facing analytics.
