Job Summary
The Service Delivery Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing a team dedicated to managing medical record requests while ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team responsible for processing medical record requests.
- Ensure all operations comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage and maintain client relationships across different sites.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in health information management.
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Able to effectively lead teams in both in-person and remote settings.
