They also oversee laboratory data systems to ensure accurate ordering, cancellations, and billing for all accounts. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent along with either six months of clinical phlebotomy training or two years of relevant laboratory experience. Applicants must also possess strong communication skills and pass a color-acuity screening test.
