Job Summary
XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Lead Machine Operator / Production Lead Trainee located in Irving, Texas. This role offers a competitive pay rate that ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience. The work schedule is set for Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operation of machines within the production area.
- Train and guide team members to enhance productivity and safety standards.
- Ensure that production targets are met effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in machine operation or production settings is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures diligently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and management.
