Job Summary
The position involves the design, construction, and management of test systems for spacecraft avionics. The candidate will be responsible for developing software using Python to facilitate testing processes and analyze resulting data. Collaboration with engineering teams is key, particularly in implementing Hardware in the Loop (HITL) testbeds to ensure that all flight hardware adheres to mission performance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Design and build test systems for spacecraft avionics components.
- Develop and implement Python-based software for executing test procedures and data analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish Hardware in the Loop (HITL) testbeds.
- Ensure that flight hardware conforms to mission performance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system validation or aerospace testing environments.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment.
