Job Summary
Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Lead Machine Operator to join our team for the B1 shift, which runs from Thursday to Saturday. The successful candidate will be tasked with mentoring and optimizing the performance of operators while ensuring that production objectives and quality standards are consistently achieved in a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities
- Train and coach machine operators to enhance their performance and skills.
- Optimize production processes to meet established goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality specifications and operational efficiency.
- Report any operational issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Implement and uphold safety procedures within the production line.
Qualifications
- Experience in a production environment, specifically in machine operation.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
