Job description
**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing, organizing, and guiding work activities across various work centers to achieve cost efficiency, quality benchmarks, and timely delivery. This position also involves supporting the management team through mentorship, spearheading process enhancements, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols as well as AS9100 quality certifications. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a manufacturing setting and a robust foundation in Lean Manufacturing principles. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and the capability to lead cross-departmental teams to address and eliminate operational challenges are necessary for success in this role.
