Job Summary
The Assortment Lead Operator plays a crucial role in overseeing a production workstation. This position is focused on achieving performance objectives while upholding standards related to quality, safety, and cleanliness. Additionally, the lead operator assists the team lead in encouraging team motivation and gathering data pertinent to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Lead the production workstation to meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Support the team lead in motivating team members.
- Collect and analyze data for KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety manuals.
- Previous experience in a factory setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) machinery is advantageous.
