The Lead Operator is responsible for setting up and operating coating machines while ensuring product specifications are met. They also provide training to team members and support supervisors with production metrics and safety compliance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience operating coating machines. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds are required.
