Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager serves as a key strategic partner within the organization, focusing on enhancing employee and labor relations as well as fostering organizational development within a manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in facilitating talent acquisition processes, managing performance, and leading employee engagement programs while ensuring adherence to labor regulations and corporate policies.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in complex or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance standards.
