**Job Title: Lead, Shipper**
The Lead, Shipper is responsible for overseeing material flow and managing daily warehouse activities to guarantee prompt shipments and maintain accurate inventory. Their duties include delegating tasks to team members, upholding safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Applicants should possess an associate degree or equivalent experience, along with six months to one year of relevant background in shipping, receiving, or manufacturing. A strong command of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and the capability to understand technical documents are essential for this role.
