Job description
The Lead Softball Instructor plays a vital role in delivering top-tier training programs and overseeing the seamless operation of daily activities at the facility. This position also involves acting as a brand representative and offering peer coaching to enhance the skills of the instructional team. Applicants should possess documented collegiate or professional experience in playing or coaching, coupled with excellent organizational capabilities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a background in teaching youth and high school athletes.
