Job Summary
The Quality Manager will oversee the quality department, tasked with creating standardized procedures and guaranteeing that all produced components adhere to customer and engineering standards. This role includes ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100, conducting audits, and guiding the quality control team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for quality assurance.
- Ensure all manufactured parts meet required specifications.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and products.
- Mentor and support the quality control team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or Engineering.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the composite industry.
- Proficient in quality management systems and metrology equipment.
- Experience with ERP software.
- Must be a US citizen or a permanent resident.
