**Job Title: Lead Software Engineer**
The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers, as well as managing the software architecture and project execution. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions while maintaining compliance with quality benchmarks. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least five years of experience in software engineering. A strong understanding of contemporary development frameworks, cloud technologies, and Agile practices is essential.
